If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the return policy.
Conditions
Products must be returned according to the published return conditions. As a cosmetic product, opened units are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect.
Damaged or incorrect items
Damaged or incorrect products will be replaced promptly at no additional cost.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.
